การยอมรับข้อตกลง: เมื่อนักวาดตอบรับและยืนยันคิวงาน จะถือว่าผู้ว่าจ้างยอมรับเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารนี้ทั้งหมดในทันที

สิทธิ์ในผลงาน: ลิขสิทธิ์ในผลงานภาพวาดทั้งหมดเป็นของนักวาดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว ผู้ว่าจ้างจะได้รับสิทธิ์ในการนำภาพไปใช้งานตามประเภทที่ตกลงกันไว้เท่านั้น ห้ามนำภาพไปดัดแปลง แก้ไข หรือนำไปใช้ในวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ตกลงกันโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

สิทธิ์ของนักวาด: นักวาดมีสิทธิ์นำผลงานไปโพสต์ลงบนโซเชียลมีเดีย (SNS) หรือพอร์ตโฟลิโอเพื่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ตัวเอง โดยผลงานทุกชิ้นจะมีการใส่ลายเซ็น / ลายน้ำของนักวาดกำกับไว้เสมอ

การแอบอ้างสิทธิ์เชิงพาณิชย์: หากตรวจพบในภายหลังว่ามีการนำผลงานประเภท "ใช้ส่วนตัว" ไปใช้งานในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่แจ้งให้นักวาดทราบ ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องชำระค่าปรับเป็นจำนวน 4 เท่า (4x) ของราคารวมของภาพนั้นๆ

นโยบายต่อต้าน AI และ NFT: ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานภาพวาดไปใช้ในการเทรน AI, นำไปสร้างสรรค์ต่อด้วย AI หรือใช้ในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ NFT ในทุกกรณี หากตรวจพบจะปรับเป็นจำนวน 10 เท่า (10x) ของราคารวมของภาพนั้นๆ

ใช้งานส่วนตัว (PERSONAL USE) — สำหรับการใช้งานส่วนบุคคล เช่น ใช้เป็นของขวัญ, เก็บสะสม, ตั้งเป็นรูปโปรไฟล์ส่วนตัว โดยต้องไม่มีกิจกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดผลกำไร

ใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ (COMMERCIAL USE) — สำหรับงานที่นำไปใช้เพื่อแสวงหาผลกำไร ใช้ในกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย หรือการประชาสัมพันธ์แบรนด์สินค้า (เช่น ภาพหน้าปกนิยายสำหรับวางขาย) คิดเรทราคา x2.5 ของราคารวมทั้งหมด

การปฏิเสธงาน: นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธงานที่ไม่ถนัด, งานเร่งที่เวลาไม่พอ หรือเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแพลตฟอร์ม AI และ NFT

การยกเลิกงาน: หลังจากที่ตกลงจองคิวงานและยืนยันเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไม่อนุญาตให้ยกเลิกงานในทุกกรณี

การคืนเงิน: นักวาดจะคืนเงินมัดจำให้เต็มจำนวนก็ต่อเมื่อ เกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยที่ทำให้นักวาดไม่สามารถวาดงานชิ้นนั้นให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์ได้เท่านั้น

ลูกค้าชาวไทย: ชำระผ่าน พร้อมเพย์ (PromptPay) / โอนผ่านบัญชีธนาคาร

ลูกค้าต่างประเทศ: ชำระเป็นสกุลเงิน USD ผ่าน Buy Me A Coffee หรือ PayPal (กรุณาชำระเงินภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังจากได้รับใบแจ้งหนี้ / invoice)

กรณีที่ชำระผ่าน PayPal: จะมีค่าธรรมเนียมจากผู้ให้บริการเพิ่มเติม 4.4% และค่าธรรมเนียมคงที่ (flat fee) โดยยอดนี้จะถูกคำนวณรวมไปกับยอดชำระทั้งหมด

งวดการจ่ายเงิน: ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องชำระ มัดจำ 50% เพื่อทำการล็อคคิวงาน และชำระอีก 50% ที่เหลือ เมื่อภาพเสร็จสมบูรณ์ (ก่อนส่งมอบไฟล์)

เตรียมบรีฟ: ผู้ว่าจ้างเตรียมรายละเอียดบรีฟงาน หรือใช้แบบฟอร์มตามลิงก์ด้านล่าง (File > Make a copy) รบกวนบรีฟให้ชัดเจน โดยอธิบายถึงสิ่งที่จำเป็นต้องมีในภาพ หลีกเลี่ยงข้อมูลที่ไม่จำเป็น

จองคิว: กรอก . COMMISSION ✦ FORM . เพื่อทำการจองคิว

ส่งดราฟต์และมัดจำ: หลังจากที่นักวาดคอนเฟิร์มคิวแล้ว จะเริ่มต้นร่างแบบและส่งให้ผู้ว่าจ้างตรวจสอบ นักวาดจะสรุปราคางานและวิธีการชำระเงินให้กับผู้ว่าจ้าง ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องชำระมัดจำ 50% ในขั้นตอนนี้เพื่อดำเนินงานต่อ

การแก้งาน: ในขั้นตอนการสเกตช์และไกด์สี (sketch & color guide) สามารถขอแก้งานได้ฟรี 3 ครั้ง หลังจากครั้งที่ 3 จะมีการชาร์จราคาเพิ่ม ฿300 สำหรับการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมในแต่ละครั้ง

ขั้นตอนสุดท้าย: จะไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง / แก้ไขสิ่งอื่นใดอีก

การส่งมอบงาน: เมื่อภาพเสร็จสมบูรณ์และนักวาดได้รับเงินส่วนที่เหลืออีก 50% ครบถ้วนแล้ว นักวาดจะส่งมอบไฟล์ภาพเต็มทางลิงก์ Google Drive ผ่านทางอีเมล

ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถ DM หานักวาดได้โดยตรงทาง bluesky, facebook หรือ X (Twitter)

agreement: once a commission is accepted, the client is deemed to have fully agreed to all terms specified herein.

copyright: the copyright of the artwork remains with the artist. the client receives the right to use the artwork according to the agreed-upon usage type. alteration, modification, or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.

artist's rights: the artist reserves the right to display the artwork on SNS / portfolio for publicity purposes. the artwork will include the artist’s watermark.

unauthorized commercial use: if a personal commission is found being used for commercial purposes without prior consent, the client will be fined a penalty fee of 4x (four times) the total price of the artwork.

anti-AI & NFT policy: under no circumstances is the artwork allowed to be used for AI training, AI generation, or NFT-related purposes. any violation will result in a penalty fee of 10x (ten times) the total price of the artwork.

PERSONAL USE — for personal enjoyment, gifts, or private collections only. no profit-making activities allowed.

COMMERCIAL USE — for any artwork intended for profit-making, commercial merchandise, branding, trade promotions, or public relations. commercial rate is x2.5 of the total price.

refusal: the artist reserves the right to refuse any request, including rush orders, complex themes beyond capability, or anything related to AI / NFT platforms.

cancellation: once a slot / queue is confirmed and booked, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

refunds: a full refund of the deposit will only be issued if the artist is unable to complete the commission due to personal / unforeseen circumstances.

international clients: USD via Buy Me A Coffee or PayPal (please pay within 24 hours after I send you an invoice.)

international processing fee: for PayPal transactions, please note that a 4.4% + flat fee processing charge will be added to the total amount.

payment milestone: a 50% deposit is required upfront to lock the queue. the remaining 50% balance must be paid upon artwork completion (before final files are delivered).

preparation: the client prepares a clear, detailed brief using the form provided below (File > Make a copy). please avoid unnecessary info.

submission: fill out the . COMMISSION ✦ FORM . to reserve a slot

draft & deposit: once the queue is confirmed, the artist will provide a rough sketch. the 50% deposit must be paid at this stage to proceed.

revisions: during the sketching and color-guide stage, up to 3 FREE revisions are allowed. additional revisions will incur a fee of $9 per change.

finalizing: no further changes / revisions are allowed once the final lineart and rendering process begins.

delivery: upon completion and full payment of the remaining 50% balance, the high-resolution artwork will be delivered via a Google Drive link sent to your email.
